Guarantee Policy:
A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount, VAT not included, is required at the time of booking. Please check the rate rules, as exceptions may apply.
Cancellation Policy:
Flexible 2 days: Guests may cancel without penalty up to 2 days prior to arrival.
If canceled within 2 days before check-in, the total reservation amount will be charged.
No Show Policy:
In case the guest does not show up on the reservation date, the total reservation amount will be charged as a penalty.
No refund or rescheduling is possible under this condition.
